Frank Elmer Wilson (May 21, 1885 – February 16, 1944) was an American bishop in the Episcopal Church.
[1] He graduated from Harvard Preparatory School in Chicago in 1903 and later studied at Hobart College from where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1907.
[2] Wilson was ordained deacon on May 29, 1910, and priest later in the year by Bishop Charles P. Anderson of Chicago.
In 1915, he became rector of St Augustine's Church in Wilmette, Illinois, and in 1917 and 1918 he served as chaplain of the American Expeditionary Forces.
He was consecrated on May 1, 1929, at Christ Church Cathedral by Presiding Bishop John Gardner Murray.
