Franklin Bartlett (September 10, 1847 – April 23, 1909) was an American lawyer and politician who served two terms as a U.S. Representative from New York from 1893 to 1897.
He graduated from the Brooklyn Polytechnic Institute, Harvard University, and Columbia Law School.
Bartlett served as a member of the constitutional commission of the State of New York in 1890.
During the war with Spain in 1898, Bartlett served as colonel of volunteers.
