Freddie L. Boyd (June 13, 1950 – October 8, 2023) was an American National Basketball Association (NBA) player whose career lasted from 1972 to 1978.

Boyd played in 327 career games over six seasons for the 76ers and the New Orleans Jazz.

He also served as an assistant coach for his alma mater from 1987 to 1992.

Boyd died in Bakersfield, California on October 8, 2023, at the age of 73.
