Throughout the two and a half years FCPS was investigated, thousands of seclusion incidents were recorded.

The superintendent at the time, Dr. Terry Alban, was placed on administrative leave, and after public pressure, retired.

This settlement included hiring behavioral analysts and providing trauma therapy to students affected.
