In June 2023, Ofsted rated Fulwood Academy as "Good" in all areas, highlighting the inclusive culture, positive relationships between pupils and staff, and the calm, polite demeanor of students.

The report also praised the school's commitment to diversity and the effective support for students with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND).

He expressed pride in the academy's achievements, attributing the success to the hard work and determination of students, staff, and the wider school community.

Fulwood Academy offers a broad curriculum, including GCSEs and BTECs, and provides various extracurricular activities to help students develop their talents and interests.
