Gammelke is a hamlet in the Dutch province of Overijssel.

It is a part of the municipality of Dinkelland, and lies about 5 km west of Oldenzaal.

Gammelke is not a statistical entity,[2] and the postal authorities have placed it under Deurningen.

[3] It was first mentioned in 1272 as Gamminclo, and means "the forest of Gammo (person)".

[5] Seven burial mounds from the Neolithic or Bronze Age have been discovered near Gammelke.
