In 2004 he translated Fatelessness, the Literary Nobel Prize winner novel by Imre Kertesz.
In 2005 he initiated the establishment of a Hungarian Language and Literature Department at the Ulaanbaatar State University.
In 2006 he was awarded the Pro Cultura Hungarica prize for his translations.
[2] In 2010 he received the Prize of the Union of Mongolian Writers for his translations and literary activities.
He has been living in Ulaanbaatar since October 2010 where he has founded and is the Editor in Chief of the Mongolian Lettre Internationale, the Mongolian edition of the European cultural magazine Lettre Internationale.
