Gary Howell (born November 1, 1966) is an American politician and businessman from West Virginia.

a member of the West Virginia House of Delegates for the 56th district[1] and chairman of the Mineral County Republican Executive Committee.

His media skills include hosting and writing a syndicated radio show, freelance writing automotive magazine articles, and guest appearances as technical expert on automotive TV shows.
