Gene C. Howard (September 26, 1926 – November 14, 2021) was an American politician in the state of Oklahoma.
He attended the University of Oklahoma, receiving a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1951, and is an attorney.
He is also a veteran of World War II, serving in the United States Army in the Pacific Theater.
[1][2] Howard was elected to the Oklahoma House of Representatives as a Democrat in 1959 and served until 1963.
Howard died on November 14, 2021, at his home in Oklahoma City.
