George Caron (March 4, 1823 – May 14, 1902) was a Quebec businessman and political figure.
He represented Maskinongé in the 1st Canadian Parliament as a Conservative member.
He was born in Rivière-du-Loup, Lower Canada in 1823 and studied at the Séminaire de Nicolet.
He served as a lieutenant-colonel in the local militia and as a justice of the peace.
His son Hector served as a member of the Legislative Assembly of Quebec.
