George Hastings Palmer

George Hastings Palmer (April 26, 1881[1] – January 16, 1947[2]) was a Labour politician in Manitoba, Canada.

He was a railway employee in Halifax[3] and later worked as a train dispatcher in Manitoba.

He was defeated in the 1922 election, losing to Liberal Archibald Esplen[1] by 83 votes.

Palmer attempted to return to the legislature in the 1927 provincial election.

This time, he ran as Progressive supporting John Bracken's government.
