George William Odey CBE DL[1] (21 April 1900 – 16 October 1985) was a business leader in the United Kingdom leather tanning industry who held the post of chairman of the Barrow Hepburn Group from 1937 until 1974.

He was educated at Faversham Grammar School and University College London.

[1] When that constituency was abolished in boundary changes for the 1950 general election, he was returned to the House of Commons at for the newly recreated Beverley constituency, and held the seat until its abolition for the 1955 general election.
