Gerda Winklbauer (born November 20, 1955[2] in Stockerau) is an Austrian doctor and former athlete.

[3] Gerda Winklbauer, like her three sisters, competed for the club JGV Schuh Ski.

In 1980 she won the title in New York City at the world championships, which were held for women for the first time.

She took third place at the home world championships in Vienna.

After her sporting career, she worked as a doctor in Stockerau until her retirement.
