Giannina Carla Silva Varela (born 24 November 1984) is a Uruguayan actress, television host, model and beauty pageant titleholder who represented her country at Miss Universe 2007.

[2] She completed her primary and secondary studies at the Elbio Fernández School and Lyceum, graduating as part of the institution's honor roll.

In March 2007 Silva won the Miss Universe Uruguay pageant, defeating Claudia Vanrell, Agostina Padula, Sofya Guerrero and Laura Zamora.

[4] In October she was crowned Miss América Latina but was later dethroned because she did not comply with the rules that the pageant required as a winner.

[16] In December 2022, she replaced Andy Vila in hosting the daytime show Vamo Arriba, and on January 27, 2023, she left Algo contigo.
