Gillian Lorna Boag (born 19 February 1995) is a Canadian rugby union player.

Boag competed for Canada at the delayed 2021 Rugby World Cup in New Zealand.

[1][2] She featured in the knockout stages against the United States, and England; and in the third place final against France.

[7][8] She was named on the bench for Canada's match against South Africa in Madrid, Spain.

[9][10] In July, she featured in her sides 21–52 loss to the Black Ferns at the Pacific Series in Ottawa.
