Gilyovo (Russian: Гилёво) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative center of Gilyovsky Selsoviet of Loktevsky District, Altai Krai, Russia.

It is located on the Aley River, 41 km northeast of Gornyak (the district's administrative centre) by road.
