Gladys Mary Clarke (15 February 1923 – 10 June 2013) was a British javelin thrower who competed in the 1948 Summer Olympics.
[1] Clarke was born in West Bromwich on 15 February 1923.
[2][3] Clarke finished third behind Bevis Reid in the javelin throw event at the 1948 WAAA Championships.
[4][5] Shortly afterwards at the 1948 Olympic Games in London, she competed in the women's javelin throw comeptition.
