Gladys E. Banks (July 2, 1897 – November 5, 1972) was an American politician from New York.
In November 1950, she ran for re-election, but was defeated by Democrat Clarke S. Ryan.
In 1954, after redistricting, she ran for re-election in the 12th Bronx District, but was defeated by Democrat Fred W. Eggert, Jr. She was an alternate delegate to the 1948, 1952 and 1956 Republican National Conventions, and a delegate to the 1960 Republican National Convention.
She was a member of the New York State Republican Committee in 1950.
She died on November 5, 1972, in Greene County, New York.
