Glen Sturtevant

Glen Howard Sturtevant Jr. (born September 14, 1982) is an American lawyer and Republican politician, serving as a member of the Senate of Virginia (a part-time position) since 2024, as well as from 2016 to 2020.

His Virginia Senate committee assignments included Commerce and Labor, Courts of Justice, General Laws and Technology, and Local Government.

[1] Born in Wilmington, Delaware, Sturtevant grew up in Spotsylvania and Chesterfield Counties, graduating from Midlothian High School.

He practices with the Rawls Law Group, concentrating on complex civil litigation, including medical malpractice.

[5][6] In 2023, Sturtevant won the Republican nomination for State Senate in the newly redrawn 12th district, defeating incumbent Amanda Chase and another challenger Tina Ramirez.
