Gmina Rytwiany

Gmina Rytwiany[2] is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Staszów County, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, in south-central Poland.

Its seat is the village of Rytwiany, which lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south-east of Staszów and 58 km (36 mi) south-east of the regional capital Kielce.

The gmina covers an area of 124.66 square kilometres (48.1 sq mi), and as of 2010 its total population is 6,240.

According to the 2011 Poland census, there were 6,240 people residing in Rytwiany Commune, of whom 49.2% were male and 50.8% were female.
