Goal

A goal or objective is an idea of the future or desired result that a person or a group of people envision, plan, and commit to achieve.

Knowing precisely what one wants to achieve makes clear what to concentrate and improve on, and often can help one subconsciously prioritize on that goal.

Efficient goal work includes recognizing and resolving all guilt, inner conflict or limiting belief that might cause one to sabotage one's efforts.
