Goniobranchus vibratus

Goniobranchus vibratus, common name trembling nudibranch, is a species of colourful sea slug, a dorid nudibranch, a marine gastropod mollusc in the family Chromodorididae.

It has been reported in the Marshall Islands, in French Polynesia and in Japan, in the tropical Pacific Ocean.

[5] The basic body colour of these nudibranchs is bright yellow, with small white dots in relief.

The seven brachial plumes are small, erect, ciliated and edged with violet.

[5][6][7][8][9] Goniobranchus vibratus feeds on encrusting sponges (Porifera, Phoriospongia poni or probably Chelonaplysilla violacea).
