Gop, Odisha

Gop (also known as "Gope")[1][2][3] is a Village and a Grama Panchayat in the Puri district of the Indian state of Odisha.

Gop is famous for the Sun temple, Kathiawar (5th and 6th century AD) comprises square sanctum circumscribed by double courtyards.
