Grady is a city in Lincoln County, Arkansas, United States.

It is included in the Pine Bluff, Arkansas Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Grady is located in northeastern Lincoln County along U.S. Route 65.

According to the United States Census Bureau, Grady has a total area of 1.9 square miles (4.8 km2), all land.
