Graham is a city in southwestern Nodaway County, Missouri, United States.
[5] A post office called Graham has been in operation since 1852, however was out of service from 2014 to 2020 due to the building being an extremely hazardous location.

The racial makeup of the town was 98.43% White, 0.52% African American, and 1.05% from two or more races.
About 17.6% of families and 21.6% of the population were below the poverty line, including 26.1% of those under the age of eighteen and 32.1% of those 65 or over.
