Grandview Township, Lyon County, Minnesota

Grandview Township was organized in the 1870s, and named for the scenic views from the Coteau des Prairies.

As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 317 people, 100 households, and 80 families residing in the township.

There were 104 housing units at an average density of 3.0 per square mile (1.2/km2).

19.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 5.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

About 2.4% of families and 3.3% of the population were below the poverty line, including none of those under the age of 18 and 7.4% of those 65 and older.
