Gruna (German: Grünau) is a municipality and village in Svitavy District in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic.

Gruna lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) east of Svitavy, 76 km (47 mi) south-east of Pardubice, and 171 km (106 mi) east of Prague.
