Guangzhou Tram

[2] The first trial section of the Haizhu Island Circular New Tram (Chinese: 海珠环岛新型有轨电车; or THZ1) opened on 31 December 2014.

It is located in northern shore of Haizhu Island and runs from Canton Tower station to Wanshengwei station, making a total of 10 stops and 7.7 kilometers (4.8 mi) in length.

[2] According to a document released by Huangpu District Government in 2017, 13 tram lines are planned in the area.

It operates between Xiangxue and Xinfeng Lu (Chinese: 香雪-新丰路), connecting central Huangpu and Changlingju area.

Trail operation without passengers started in September 2019.
