Guerrero is connected to Vega Alta by bridge in the Camajuaní River and to Vueltas by going through Ibarra and Piedra.

When it rains in Guerrero the bridge to Vega Alta and road to Vueltas floods, making it difficult to communicate to the outside world.

[1] On the 25th April 1895, a few hours after Juan Bruno Zayas’s departure from Vega Alta, he ended up in Guerrero.

[2] In 2018, several settlements in Villa Clara were flooded, in Camajuaní these settlements included Rincón, Guajén, Sagua la Chica, Macagual, Guerrero, Floridano, Vega Alta, and Vega de Palma.

In the state public transportation of Camajuaní, there is a bus route going from Vueltas to Guerrero.
