Since 2018, he is a member of the National Council of Monaco and the President of the Environment and Quality of Life Commission.

[3] For four years, Rose lived in Paris working in TV and film industry before coming back to Monaco in 1997.

He started working in communications for the Société des Bains de Mer (SBM) becoming head of the department responsible for promoting gaming.

[3] Upon returning to Monaco, he was appointed Executive Assistant to the CEO of SBM and then took responsibility for entire Communication Department of the group.
