Gulleid Salah Barre (Somali: Guuleed Saalax Barre) is a Somali politician who served as the Chairman of the Transitional Puntland Electoral Committee from 2019 to 2022 and as the Puntland Minister of Environment and Climate Change from 2014 to 2016.
He is the founder and first director of the research institute SIDRA and has worked with the UNDP and UNFPA.
