[1] Radoja was born on 2 July 1945 in Shkodër, Albania.
After finishing studies in dramaturgy at the Higher Institute of Arts in Tirana in 1972 he worked as a professional actor at the city theatre of Librazhd.
Among his most famous theatre interpretations are Brecht's A Respectable Wedding, Böll's The Clown and Vasilis Theodoropoulos' Trojans.
[2] In addition to his work in theatre, he also left a legacy in cinematography, where he interpreted in over 40 roles from 1970 to 2019.
