Hamid Guska

[5][6] Hamid Guska trained a large number of notable boxers: Fikret Kadić,[5] Almedin Fetahović, Stephen Mwema,[7] David Ouma,[8] Zijad Hodžić,[9] Vibor Ćorković, Predrag Bartula,[6] Zaim Numanović,[9] Kazimir Radoš, Rifat Kadić, Ibrahim Jakupović, Afrim Majanci,[9] Ramiz Aljić, Mustafa Mrkulić, Izet Mrkulić, Mensur Peljto,[10] Draženko Đokić, Muhamed Jeleč, Mergim Šalja, Said Čolpa and[11] Edin Bajrić.

At the Mediterranean Games 1993, in France, Almedin Fetahović, a member of BK Željezničar, won the gold medal in light middleweight.

[12] Guska also guided the Bosnian national team on its first participation at the 1993 European Amateur Boxing Championships in Bursa.

2002 Hamid Guska was appointed as the Head coach of all Bosnian boxing national teams (schoolboys, cadets, juniors and seniors).

[14] During this period his boxers won four bronze medals at major boxing competitions: In August 2009 he was succeeded by Anton Josipović as Head coach of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
