Hans Erik Riwen (born 30 July 1935 – 28 March 2010) was a Norwegian politician for the Conservative Party.
After the 1971 election he became a member of Buskerud county council.
[2] He served as county mayor of Buskerud from 1987 to 1991, and remained a council member until 1999.
[3] He spent his professional career as a teacher in Drammen.
