Hans Thomas Knudtzon (18 December 1857 – 21 August 1921) was a Norwegian lawyer and civil servant.
From 1881, he worked as an attorney with the magistrate judge's office in Numedal and Sandsvær, and later for the Ministry of the Interior and at the Akershus County Office under County Governor Johan Christian Collett.
In 1896, he was appointed mayor of Kristiansand and took office in April 1897.
In 1917, he was appointed to be the County Governor of Aust-Agder, a post which he held until his death in 1921.
