Harbin railway station

Songhuajiang station (Chinese: 松花江站; pinyin: Sōnghuājiāng Zhàn; lit.

On 26 October 1909, Korean nationalist An Jung-geun assassinated Itō Hirobumi (伊藤博文), the first Prime Minister of Japan, on the platform at Harbin Station.

A memorial hall honoring An Jung-geun was opened on Sunday, 19 January 2014 in Harbin.

The hall, a 200-square-metre (2,200 sq ft) room, features photos and memorabilia.

[4] However, it was closed and demolished in 2017.Line 2 of Harbin Metro opened on September 19, 2021.
