Harold Fraser "Hal" Brown (September 14, 1920 – January 12, 1997) was a Canadian ice hockey right winger.
He played 13 games in the National Hockey League for the New York Rangers during the 1945–46 season.
The rest of his career, which lasted from 1940 to 1953, was spent in the minor leagues.
Brown served in World War II with the Royal Canadian Navy.
