Harrow Road is an electoral ward of the City of Westminster.

The ward has existed since the creation of the borough on 1 April 1965 and was first used in the 1964 elections.

It returns councillors to Westminster City Council.

There was a revision of ward boundaries in Westminster in 2022.

The by-election took place on 19 September 2024, following the resignation of Tim Roca.

It took place on the same day as the by-election in West End ward.
