Hasan Foez Siddique

Hasan Foez Siddique (born 26 September 1956)[2] is a Bangladeshi lawyer and jurist who served as 23rd Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.

He passed SSC from Khoksa Janipur Pilot High School in 1972 and ISC from Government P.C.

[12] On 21 June 2021, Siddique issued an order halting the bail of those accused of attacking a motorcade of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

On this appointment, he superseded justice Muhammad Imman Ali, the most senior Appellate Division judge.

[17] His elder brother, Abu Bakar Siddique, is a retired judge of the Appellate Division.
