There were 224 households, of which 37.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 68.8% were married couples living together, 4.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 21.0% were non-families.

17.4% of all households were made up of individuals, and 10.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

None of the families and 1.0% of the population were living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and 6.7% of those over 64.
