Hessa or Heissa is an island in Ålesund Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway.

The 314-metre (1,030 ft) tall mountain Sukkertoppen is situated in the middle of the island.

The Atlantic Sea-Park is situated on Hessa.
