Helge Pharo (born 29 December 1943) is a Norwegian historian.
From 1972 he was a research assistant at the University of Oslo, and after a tenure as researcher at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs 1974–1978 he moved back to the university to become an associate professor (førsteamanuensis).
He has been a visiting scholar at numerous institutions, such as the University of Wisconsin, Madison and the London School of Economics.
