Helge Rognlien (14 January 1920 – 15 July 2001) was a Norwegian politician for the Liberal Party.
A troubled relationship with the Nazi regime ensued until 15 October 1943, when 63 prominent students were arrested, and Rognlien was one of them.
in 1945, his career began with a one-year tenure as civil servant in the Ministry of Justice and the Police.
