Henry Wildhagen

Henry Wildhagen (September 1, 1856 – March 23, 1920) was one of northern Wisconsin's best-known architects at the turn of the 20th century.

[1]: 5 He was born in the Kingdom of Hanover in 1856 and studied at the Technical University of Hannover.

In 1893 he came to Ashland and opened a design firm with civil engineer Herman Rettinghaus.
