Herbert Guido Koch (1 July 1880, in Reichenbach – 25 September 1962, in Hamburg) was a German classical archaeologist.
In 1910/11 he took a study trip to Paris, London, Greece, Asia Minor and Egypt, then in 1912/13 worked as a scientific assistant at the German Archaeological Institute in Athens.
In 1923, he attained a full professorship, and in 1929 returned to Leipzig as director of the Archaeological Institute at the university.
From 1931 to 1950 he served as professor of classical archaeology at the University of Halle.
