Herbert Rudiger (born c. 1938) is, or was, an American radio technician who terrorized the city of Porto Alegre, Brazil, in 1952 when he placed several bombs over the course of one month.
One device exploded at the Viaduto Borges de Medeiros and injured a man described as "poor," who disappeared without requesting medical assistance.
