Hesar-e Isa (Persian: حصارعيسي)[a] is a village in Shuqan Rural District[b] of Jolgeh Shuqan District,[c] Jajrom County, North Khorasan province, Iran.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 592 in 154 households.

It was the most populous village in its rural district.
