Shuqan Rural District (Persian: دهستان شوقان)[a] is in Jolgeh Shuqan District[b] of Jajrom County, North Khorasan province, Iran.

[5] At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 2,538 in 725 households.

[7] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 2,497 in 779 households.

The most populous of its 19 villages was Hesar-e Isa, with 643 people.
