Hilltop is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Pike County, Georgia, United States.

[4] According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 1.0 square mile (2.6 km2), of which 1.0 square mile (2.6 km2) is land and 0.04 square miles (0.10 km2) (2.04%) is water.

[19][15] As of the census of 2000, there were 401 people, 119 households, and 91 families residing in the CDP.

Hilltop Public Schools are part of the Pike County School District.

Michael Duncan is the Superintendent of Schools.
