Hiltonia is a city in Screven County, Georgia, United States.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.7 square miles (4.4 km2), of which 1.7 square miles (4.4 km2) is land and 0.57% is water.

Hiltonia first appeared in the 1920 U.S.
